Excellent run. Wasn't able to get outside until late tonight, but it went really well. I've been trying to work on staying stronger in that 3/4 of the way through the workout stage. I think I'm going to make a point to try and make that my fastest section of my workouts. Tonight was much the same

Felt really good, really relaxed. The tempo definitely felt hard, but not tough.
