Notes

6x spruce hill. Felt pretty solid. My legs were a bit shot after Friday's workout and the long run, but once I got into the workout it was just fine. Looking forward to some easy running the rest of the week. Bummed I missed the double yesterday and didn't get it this morning, but hopefully Thursday I get that in.
