Notes
Pretty damn good. Still feeling sick, but got a full 9.5 hours of sleep last night and today I had a runny nose and a cough, but was otherwise feeling better.
1.5 mile warm up to the track.
4x1min w/ 1 min jog
4x1.5 w/ 3 min rest (I kind of jogged)
4x1min w/ 1 min jog
1.5 cool down
My legs felt a little wonky getting there and I had an ugh moment, thinking that I'd be lucky to make it through all the intervals and really lucky to make it through while hitting pace. But I did more than that tonight. I think my other workouts have been pretty damn good too, but this one felt different. I think at the end of teh other ones I felt like I floated through them, but I felt like I had put more effort into them. This was different. I felt so relaxed, but at the end I still felt great. The last 4x1 was tough to hit that top speed but the 1.5 repeats were no problem.
