Mile repeats on the outdoor/indoor track. It was raining buckets so I decided to go inside for the last 3 repeats. Oh well. Otherwise, felt pretty good for an early season mile repeat session. I was mostly even on all the intervals, but with the shock to the system high mileage this week I didn't feel all that much spring in my step. Overall a fine effort though.
3 mile warm up
4x1 mile with 3 minute rest
3 mile cool down
