Yahooooo! I didn't quite realize how good of a workout this was until halfway through. So it wasn't perfect or great, but it was pretty damn good, particularly when compared with how I've been feeling. Turns out my fitness is much better than I thought.

My goal with the workout was to start each interval feeling strong and steady and I did just that. I ran even splits throughout and each interval felt like I was just cruising at tempo pace. It definitely got tough by the end with 2 minute rest intervals, but I was able to hold together and finish steady. Yeah, great to feel tired but like I never had to dig that deep.

I'll be excited to return to similar intervals in the coming weeks and compare with this one.
