Great run. Felt like I was floating. I realize now that I'm writing this that I did a longer version of the workout. Wound up running 2 x 17 minutes (assumed 5:40 pace), 3 minute jog between
1st one was just over 3 miles, but had the big hill up to Severance.
2nd one was flatter ending with a nice down hill to downtown Winooski. Ran ~3.2 miles (5:20 pace).
So I'd say that this was a big success. I've been totally wiped from all the demo work and early mornings. But just finished that up so I can settle in to a more moderate physical routine when I'm not running.
