3x2 mile @ 10:38 (5:18/5:20), 10:34 (5:14, 5:20), 10:26 (5:15, 5:11)
Closed in 72 on the last one. Overall not a great workout. I felt totally beat, and I knew it was going to be tough as I haven't slept much and have been doing a lot this past week, and running easy runs probably faster than I should, particularly b/c of my injury and maybe feeling like I need to prove to myself that I'm still capable and healthy. Good to be running fast again though.
