Oh boy. This was a tough one. I was going to do it indoors because I wanted a break from wind and rain, but alas, UVM was on the indoor track so I did it outside. I figured the range was definitely on the fast end, but I wanted to hit 9:20s at least. That didn't happen though. Overall my pacing was pretty consistent after the first 800, but it sure was a struggle to stay on that pace.
My legs are feeling a bit thrashed. I've been doing 100+ miles/week for a couple weeks and 3 workouts/week, so I'm not surprised, but still would've been nice to be able to go a bit faster or have it feel a bit easier.
