Notes

Perfect long run. Ran down to the course and then ran the last 10 miles of the course. I initially delayed my run because of the run, but it kept raining so I decided to just deal with it. But it was in the 60s so it felt perfect. I spent the run visualizing the race, running tangents and just being relaxed and comfortable. Once on the bike path I started seeing a lot of training groups and while I didn't know most of the people a lot of them seemed to recognize me. I felt like a minor celebrity and it put a nice little hop in my step and I felt like I was just floating along. I've been doing the fat taper diet for the past 5 days and haven't hit that "keto flu" feeling in full, but I do feel a little lower energy than normal. Otherwise, I'm feeling quite fit.
