Oi! Started out pretty relaxed, around 6:30, then at Colchester Causeway and the bike path I saw a couple of cyclists in front of me and thought I'd chase them down. It was more of a lofty aspiration than realistic goal, but it helped me push through the 2nd half of the long run and I started hitting 6 flats, albeit on flatter terrain, but felt very smooth despite feeling heavy legs. Finished with some reeeeal slow strides. This week will be easy easy as I'll be on my field trip. I'm thinking 70 miles or so.
