Notes

I'd call this more of an easy run than a hill workout, but I did finish with 9x30s at fast pace going up Jericho Rd. I'm feeling a slight combo of super strong while also being tired from the work. But the tiredness is a good healthy invigorated one right now. Still committed to sleep, recovery, nutrition and strength. I got super burned while out paddling and the long days in the sun kind of wiped me out so it was nice to get 7.5 miles of lead in and still feel so relaxed and smooth and strong on the hill repeats.
