Notes
Pretty solid race given I didn't really sleep last night. This sickness has been pretty awful, mostly just a nagging dry cough. I went out conservatively, but the race was surprisingly slow. Moved up and took the lead around mile 2. I figured I would make my move at the start of mile to open a gap since I didn't think I'd have much of a kick. The guy who wound up winning had the same idea and pretty quickly gapped me. I slowly reeled him in on the last 1k or so but wasn't really that close at the end. Really wish I wasn't sick today, but it is what it is.
