Hiked up to the top of Bolton with the family then ran home from VYCC. I knew I was going to have to actively hold myself back because I was just feeling real spry. I did an alright job, but considering I was running into a headwind the whole way, 6:37 was moving. My legs were definitely tired at the surface, but underneath there's nothing but strength. I'm looking forward to a solid taper and then testing my fitness. Finished with 10x100m strides.
