Notes
A pretty slow, but very beautiful long run with Mark. Started on Camino Cielo West and ran the RUTE course along the ridge and then down into the valley. I lost my watch, but made up for it by finding bishop's sorrel (sassy sorrel?). Very tiring, but felt good to be out. Stopped for lunch on the way back and drank lots of water.
