Whoa. What a long run?! I wanted to test out my feet on the track for a longer run so I decided to do my 20 miles on the outdoor track at UVM. I ran up there and slowly shook out the cobwebs and then I just started rolling. Felt incredible/invincible.

I hit 6:30 then 6:12 then 6:00 without feeling like I increased the effort so I held that but then jumped down to 5:45s and ran the last 7-17 @ 5:45 then 5:36, 5:30. I could've just gone on forever, but decided to call it there. Such a fantastic run. Probably not the smartest thing to have done training wise, but when you have a day like today, I'd rather take advantage and go by feel rather than the clock., Felt tired at the end but not broken down. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.
