I worked hard to just stay on pace and that didn't happen. I kind of knew that this would be a slog. It was ~75 with 80% humidity by 7am this morning. I pushed pretty hard on Saturday and Sunday, and Monday didn't feel like nearly enough recovery.

I was pouring sweat by the end and felt really drained. It's been hard to find time to fully recover and rest with all the heat, so I'm not worried about an early season workout turning to garbage.
