Started slower with Sophia, then picked it up. I felt like my legs have been super tired and heavy and like they just haven't wanted to respond. Today felt like I'm starting to break through this porcelain container holding them down. Woohoo. Still not 100% recovered in general (even considering I should be tired at this point in the training), but I can feel myself getting much stronger. Starting to get focused in on Chicago. 5 weeks out!
