Maybe I'm way faster than I thought. 12x3min, 1min recovery. This was insanely tough for me. I think I was just going in exhausted. 3 workouts last week kind of took it out of me. I had trouble staying motivated and my legs just felt dead. I thought that I'd run about 11 or 11.5 miles based on time, but mapped it out as just over 12.5, so at least I wasn't going as slow as I thought I was. I'll sleep like a rock tonight to make up for not much sleep last night.
