Not bad, but not great. This was another exercise in control. I was supposed to do 7-10 x 1 mile @ 5-5:10. I figured I'd start at 5:10 and drop a second per mile until I couldn't do that any more. Made it through 8 on schedule and then for whatever reason my last quarter of that 8th mile was 77. I decided to call it there. I'm still getting over being sick and didn't sleep much again last night, so felt I deserved some leniency.
