Being sick suuuucks. Felt terrible yesterday, marginally better this morning. A strong hacking cough so I wanted to take it easy, but the weather was perfect tonight so felt like I could stretch my legs. Lungs hurt a bit at the end, but it was worth it.
Broke my tempo in half and eased in with a 6 at first. Felt remarkably relaxed. Maybe because I didn't do a long run. Ready to be healthy again.
