Notes

Super solid run. It felt quick but I felt remarkably not worn down. Yesterday was super long. I only slept about 5 or 6 hours then got up at 6:15 to run, and then filmed with my sister all day. Didn't get back until until around 10:30 or so. And this last week had two big workouts and higher mileage than I've been running. I was really happy with how I handled today's run (even though it was a bit shorter than my last long run).
