Decided on a 5 mile tempo run today. Did the big loop out to Essex via Severance. I think I probably hit around 5:15-5:18 pace, which was pretty good. It was a bit hard to run fast all decked out in severe weather cold running gear, but did a good job of hitting pace on a longer interval.
