Notes

A very looong run. Was out for time (3 hours) not distance, and ran with a great group, but I just felt itching to go faster the whole time. The company was incredible and the run went by super quick because of it, but still...I think part of it waws just thinking more about the physiological changes that happen as I was increasing pace and that 6:40/7:00 zone where I was operating more efficiently.
