Apparently I'm just flushing out the garbage running before my time trial. Pretty big disappointment today. My legs just felt like they had no pop. Even my arms felt empty. I knew I was tired going in and was weighing taking another day easy to recover from Sunday (apparently hiking up and down Bolton with Cedar on my back was tougher on my quads that I thought it'd be) vs having an extra day after the workout to recover before the time trial. I felt like an extra day would serve me better. Maybe not. Now it's rest rest rest and wait for Sunday.
