Hooray. Awesome that I can keep adding mileage and I'm still recovering. I didn't get to run this morning (only got 5 hours of sleep) and had to teach late so it wasn't until around 7:15pm that I got out the door. I knew on the warm up that it was going to be good and sure enough tonight I felt like myself again. Finally. So awesome to feel light and relaxed. I could have done another 3 or 4. The last one I pushed, but not all out, just enough to feel strained. The others felt like I was jogging. Rest was a 1/4 mile jog at easy but not super easy pace.
