Centennial Woods out to Spear via E. Terrace/Quarry Hill for warmup. Started tempo after 28 min warmup (just before Overlook Park). Out to Morse St 12 minutes, then back 13. Felt really sluggish on the cooldown, but overall a strong workout, my toughest day since May (not mentally but most likely physically, and I felt pretty fluid doing it, which was a good sign that I'm not jumping in to my training cycle too quickly). Probably averaged around 5:30-5:35 even with the hills, so I was happy.
