Notes

A nice joyous romp through the snow. Wanted to take it easy on the legs still so up at the indoor track. Definitely felt a little tight from yesterday, but it'll be a quick "recovery" or shedding of the staleness to get back where I was. I'm thinking that a sub-15 is doable this weekend. I actually feel like I've reached a new plateau where 15:05 feels like a mediocre 5k. I know I've run just one of those and a few 15:09-15:11s but I feel so much stronger now than I did then. Last years 5k was a 15:06 and it was the week I banged my shin and couldn't run followed by a nasty stomach bug 2 days before the race.
