Easy warm up (3 miles) to gym

400, 1m off, 800, 3m off

First one felt a bit stiff for, but loosened up and when Peter was leading the interval it felt super slow. My quads did feel a bit strained by the 3rd set, but I was able to feel relaxed and good throughout so I kept going. Lifted weights after and then ran a loop with Boots.
