Really terrible workout. Went for 2 x 2mile, but wound up running 1.5 mile @ 5:33 pace, 400m jog 1 mile @ 4:35, 800m jog, 1 mile @ 5:35

I just felt fried. I can handle the mileage no problem, but my legs just aren't responding to speed
