met Peter at the track and traded off leads on 6 sets of

200, 200, 400 (w/ equal rest, 3 min at end of set)

Didn't wear a watch, but felt like the efforts were pretty darn good. Felt tired by the 3rd set but that's expected and workouts like this are fun because the intervals are short enough you never get that tired. Nice to have company again.
