This was exactly what I wanted the workout to be. Well sort of. I had planned on going back down at the end (16, 8, 4), but my achilles was hurting so I backed off.

It was beautiful doing this workout at night. On my last interval the lights over the soccer field got turned off and the sky was brilliant.
