Tired run. Long day so not surprised, plus with the heat, but boy was I tired. Ran out in Wolcott after teaching and slogged up Denton Hill Rd. Woowee. Then lay down in the Wild Branch for a while. Began my high fat diet in prep for Sunday's run.
