Notes
This was kind of a just to see if I could day. WIth no real speed work under my belt, I decided I wanted to check out UVM's indoor track and do a workout. I felt really in control and couldn't help myself from going faster than I had anticipated.
5x1280 (10 laps to a mile, 8 laps per interval)
I wasn't slipping off pace on 3,4, I was just trying to restrain myself. I did a barefoot cooldown on the track which hurt my foot (still sore after a month from hitting it on a rock in WY)
