Finally started to feel like my old self again today. I was able to get through 11 miles with quite a bit at a faster pace. I was short on time and miscalculated how long each set was so I modified with every other one at a shorter rest. I tried to keep my rest intervals up-tempo (sub:7 pace) and it felt great, like I was able to get into a rhythm. I don't want to overstate how good the workout was because it was definitely not where I was 5 weeks ago, but it was certainly better than where I was last week. I've been sleeping at least 8 hours a day and napping sometimes 1-2 hours. That's been a big help.
