15 minute warm up

6x5min, 2min jog. Ran out on the Colchester Loop (out to Severance). Probably around 5:10 pace. Felt pretty good. Look forward to a couple of easier days. Next week I need to come down in mileage to recover a bit. But otherwise, doing alright.
