Fartlek from Penn station up to 42nd then down along the river front to Battery Park. Meandered through the streets then finished over the Williamsburg Bridge. Felt really good considering I drank three beers last night and went to bed too late. Pretty cold, but got warmed up by the end and finished with a smile.
