Barf. My legs were just so dead. I just wanted an outlet and thought I'd run the same loop I've run the last 2 weeks (Mallets Bay up to the causeway and back on the bike path) and just let loose on the bike path coming back into downtown. Turns out it just wasn't my day. I'd probably have been really happy with today if I hadn't gone all out and instead just went at sub-6 pace for the last half. As it was, I ran probably 15:57 for 3 miles then had to jog for a half mile then ran 1.5 in 7:37. Not terrible, but given the pace and no workout since Wednesday, it seems like this should have felt much easier.
