I'm glad the pace was slower than it has been for intervals. My legs were a bit tired from last weekend and the pacing didn't come as easily as in the past couple of weeks.

Warmed up ~ 4 miles to the track with Ian and Jack and finished the workout just as UVM practice was beginning. Cool down was 1.5 miles on the upper track with Liz, so nice and relaxed.
