25 minute warm-up, 25 minute tempo run, 20 minute cool down. Felt awesome. My legs were a bit tight during the tempo, but in a good way. It was cold out and I was in shorts and trying to stretch my stride out so I could feel the resistance in my muscles. But it was great. Unfortunately the road was crowded with cars and dark so it was a bit dangerous. Saw mill rd -> Long Hill Rd -> Detour at H -> Shore Rd -> Long Hill to the school/church at the top of the hill and back along Long Hill to Saw Mill.
