I've been bouncing around on pace a lot in races and workouts and wanted to play around today and try and hit different splits during intervals. First mile was a cut down, 800m jog, then slow fast slow x3 (minus last slow) for 2 miles, perfectly on pace. Last interval wanted to run 5:15-5:20 without a watch and ran 5:16 so right on.
