Meh. Not a great race. I decided not to do strides because half way into my first one I just felt sluggish. The race felt really fast for being so short (I don't think it's quite as short as they say, or at least the hills, tight turns and technical footing make it feel a lot longer). I would love to have been 10 seconds faster, could have done that by moving faster in mile 1.5-2.5, but an okay effort overall. I really need to have some competition to help push me.
