Notes

Every now and then you gotta have one of those runs where you just let it fly. Today was one of those days. I know I was supposed to do 15x1000@6:15 pace, but I was super crunched for time and I felt awesome and I haven't done any speed work so I just went with how I felt. Set my watch for 3:40 for the 1000 and 1:50 for the recovery. I think I was running about 5:30 pace for the 1000s. Not bad.
