Notes

Ran 35 minutes outside, then 27:30 inside. Finished with a ten minute swim and lots of stretching. Felt wonderful, finally. I was able to image the tightness in my hip into my hamstring and felt much better. Last mile barefoot, sped up to sub2:30 half mile.
