Notes
Another early morning. Out the door at 6am. Pretty tired afterwards from the lack of sleep, but I did get a short nap in.
Same loop as last time. I was a little slower overall, but I still felt pretty solid. I really don't think it was physical limitations today so much as it was just having a hard time staying focused about being on pace. I don't get any of my splits along the way so I'm going entirely by feel. I'm usually good at this, but I also usually do my tempos/speed work in the afternoons when I'm a bit more alert.
