Woohoo.

4x2400 @ 5:12 pace (7:48, 7:49, 7:48, 7:49). Pretty dead on for all of those. 400m, jog between. I would've done another one, but I had to get home for bedtime with the kids. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during these.
