Great workout.

2x2 miles @ 80/85% effort

I probably went a little fast on these, but it felt effortless so I didn't think it was a problem. I was shooting for around 5:15 pace, but thought 5:10 would be fine if I was feeling good. And I was. First mile of my first 3200m was in 5:03 and then I backed off for a 5:08. Put spikes on for the first one to get ready for XC next week. On my second one I settled into a nice rhythm and ran 5:10, 5:11. Finished with 4x200m
