Felt pretty good. 3.5 mile warmup over to state -> cabrillo -> track. Legs tired, but I could feel a good workout. I napped for about 2 hours before, so I was feeling somewhat rested. The first interval was 1:32 at the 600m and I was hoping to run 2:05, so the 2:07 was disappointing. I was much happier with the 2:08 because my splits were more even. The quarters felt like a breeze. After the first one (31, 35) I felt much more fluid and on pace. Tiring, but pretty good. Perfect weather with a slight slight breeze on the back stretch.
