Notes

Up to Mallets Bay Club via Mallets Bay, back on bike path. Cut down at end from 6 miles out I hit 6:20, 6:10, 5:47, 5:27, (then up Battery, so it was super steep), 5:37, 5:37 (up Pearl St, so again slow). Felt pretty darn good. My legs were sluggish at first, but came awake about 6 miles in. Last stretch felt great.
