Not bad. Felt a little tired going into the workout from lack of sleep, but wound up running splits super easily. The 800m jog helped. Plus only have three mile repeats was nice too.

3x1 mile @ 10k pace. I'd love to be able to run a 30:30 10k, though I'm not sure I'm at the point. Or maybe I am. Sunday will be a good test of that.
