First 8 miles at a relaxed 6:30 pace out to Mallets Bay the up to Prim. Started tempo (marathon pace) before bridge to Turf then back on bike path. My legs felt sore like they do after a longer race (probably from the long hard sub-tempo run the earlier in the weak. But I handled it just fine, and while my legs were tired my focus and mental game were spot on. So that was great. I went a little over 5 miles at 5:15 pace. A bit faster than my marathon pace will be (though 5:15 pace would be nice), but I felt so relaxed and in control so I wasn't worried about that.
